Question 1

Why not just sell on pump.fun?

Accepted Answer

Selling a big bag into the curve pushes the price down as you sell: each coin sells for less than the one before, and everyone holding sees the drop. Here one buyer takes the bag at a price you both agreed, wallet to wallet, so your sale doesn’t move the price.

Question 2

Who buys a whole bag?

Accepted Answer

People who want a big position without pushing the price up by buying it on the curve. They have your problem in reverse, so meeting near the chart price can beat the curve for both of you.

Question 3

What does my wallet sign?

Accepted Answer

A seller signs one token transfer, moving the bag into its escrow. A buyer signs one SOL payment into the same escrow. Accepting an offer is a signed message, which is free. The swap itself is signed by the escrow.

Question 4

What if nobody offers?

Accepted Answer

When the window closes, every coin goes back to your wallet, with the rent you paid for the escrow’s token account. Nothing sold, no fee.

Question 5

Can I back out?

Accepted Answer

Before any firm offer, yes: cancel, and the coins come back. Once a firm offer is in, the bag stays open until it closes. That is what keeps offers firm for buyers too.

Question 6

Does this hide my sale?

Accepted Answer

No. Every transfer is on chain and anyone can look it up. What it avoids is selling into the curve, so the price doesn’t fall because of your sale. The buyer can still sell later, and the desk doesn’t control that.
